On January 29, 2013, we held Ladies’ Night Out at Redhound Grille as part of their “Girls night, Give back” series. Participants had ample opportunities to dine at Redhound Grille, shop for items from Nota Bene Boutique and draw a mountain landscape with help from an instructor from The Center on Central.

Proceeds from the event helped support local charity Creative Arts for Everyone, which provides creative opportunities to those in need, including via scholarships to our summer camp at The Center on Central.

Our Holiday Ladies Night on November 28, 2012 was a wonderful event!

We all learned different techniques from different practitioners about staying well through the holiday season.

Matt provided chair massages from Progressive Chiropractic.

Leanne Miller Rush, CHHC described muscle testing and how we can ask our body what it needs with simple directions.

Laura Ducceschi brought her amazing photographs of nature, which make unique holiday gifts.

Robyn McNally Frantz brought her many products from Arbonne. Did you know many make ups have gluten in them!  Arbonne is also carbon-neutral as they pack their products.

Katie Opher led us in an improvisational drumming group to honor the earth and the full moon.

Sarah Murphy led us in a guided meditation to connect with our inner compass as we enter this time of busy-ness in the holidays.

We had a lovely evening and are thrilled that The Center on Central can serve as a place for creativity of all kinds to be expressed.

We wish you health through this holiday season and always!
