Kettlebell training for both women and men has become increasingly popular, due to its incredible fitness benefits over a shorter timespan than some other exercises. Since both strength and cardiovascular systems are challenged, the result is a combined workout that saves time and burns calories.
We will also introduce the Body Bar during the course of this session.
