Ballet Lessons

Cost:	$30 for a 30-minute individual private lesson.

The Center on Central offers beginner ballet lessons for all ages. Students will learn basic ballet positions; basic ballet steps and combinations; posture, poise, and expression; as well as a small routine that puts together the building blocks of ballet. Students will receive hand-outs to supplement the material covered in class.

Although the instructor is not a dance/movement therapist, she has training in dance and experience working with children with special needs.
