Michele Dzury

Michele Dzury is an award-winning special educational teacher, who also acts as a consultant/advocate and special needs programming advisor with 13 years of experience in the field.

Michele owns Monarch Educational Consulting, LLC, which provides families support with their special education rights and needs. Her philosophy is that all children/students can be successful with a positive, “global” approach – meeting the student’s individualized needs while utilizing his/her strengths through appropriate, evidence-based research and programming while empowering parents with proper resources/tools for their children to reach their full potential.

Michele has been recognized by the ARC of Chester County as their 2012 Volunteer Advocate of the Year and also serves as co-chair of BUILD (Better Understanding of Individuals with Learning Disabilities) and Diversity in Schools.

Michele is also a mother of three children, each with their own special needs (one is a cancer survivor, one has Autism Spectrum Disorder and another participates in gifted programming).

With a unique perspective as parent, educator and professional advocate, Michele is a wonderful asset to The Center on Central.
