The Center’s Program Manager is Katie Opher. Katie has her Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Hahnemann University (now part of Drexel University, where she serves as an adjunct faculty member) and has been in practice for 20 years. She is an expert in the field of child development and Creative Arts Therapies. Katie founded a non-profit in 2000, called Creative Arts for Everyone ® and has administered a grant from the Department of Human Services in the City of Philadelphia for 15 years, managing and supervising a groundbreaking program which provides Creative Arts Therapy services in the supervised visitation program in the Family Court of Philadelphia. Katie has also provided music integrated with social skills development to individuals and groups, in private practice and also in local schools.
Katie and her husband Ron are co-owners of the Young Rembrandts art program which serves most of Chester County and parts of Delaware and Montgomery Counties, and which will be featured as an after-school art class enrichment program both in local schools and at The Center (www.youngrembrandts.com/chestercounty).

The Center’s Business Manager is Ron Z. Opher. Ron has been an attorney in private practice since his graduation from Villanova University School of Law in 1989, serving clients in the financial services industry. Ron started his own mobile music video entertainment business (Dance-a-Vision) during his student years at the University of Pennsylvania and made it a great success. Ron currently serves as a consultant to service-sector businesses on operational efficiency issues (www.ron4law.com), and has founded the local charity Daddy’s Spirit Moves Me Forward, whose mission is to assist children whose fathers have died (www.DaddysSpirit.org).
