Introducing The Center On Central’s membership program!

Now in our third year, The Center On Central has grown to be Your Home for Creative Arts. We’d like to reward our loyal clientele and thank you for your support with a no-risk offer!

How it works:

For a $79 investment ($20 off the beginning-of-year price), you and your household are entitled to a 10% discount on all in-house offerings at The Center On Central through the end of 2012. This includes our weekly classes, therapy sessions, music lessons, workshops, Parents’ Night Out/Kids’ Night In, day camps, birthday parties and more! Summer camp clientele may want to note that we are phasing out our early bird discounts and offering other premiums to early registrants, which you will be able to enjoy in conjunction with your membership discount.

The no-risk part:

If you do not save at least $79 during your membership term, The Center On Central will issue you a gift certificate for the difference between your membership investment cost and the amount you saved during your membership term — good for use between January 1 and June 30, 2013.

Restrictions:

Membership cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, unless specifically stated in the promotion.

In addition, we are joining forces with local vendors who are happy to offer our members a 10% discount!

Check back periodically, since we are adding more vendors to the discount program for members of The Center on Central.

“Follow Your Art” gallery show – April 10, 2012

The Center on Central’s “Follow Your Art” gallery show and musical performance takes place from 4:00pm-8:30pm on Tuesday April 10, featuring works from artists who teach or learn at The Center on Central, as well as artists from the community at large.

Attendance FREE of charge and open to the public.

We are still accepting donations for the World Wildlife Fund and Creative Arts for Everyone’s summer camp scholarship fund. On March 31, we raised $145 for these worthwhile causes during our Art in the Dark night.

On April 10, at the Follow Your Art show, we will be auctioning off (see below) the 4-piece World Wildlife Fund Panda collage to add to our donation. Bidding starts at $145, and bids are accepted on-line (in minimum increments of $10), as well as at the event. Bidding will close at 8:00pm on April 10.

“ART IN THE DARK” benefit – March 31, 7:30-9:30pm

Join us Saturday March 31, from 7:30pm-9:30pm to celebrate Earth Hour as we create Art in the Dark at The Center on Central!

Once a year, individuals and families, places of business and even some famous landmarks around the world turn off their lights in support of Earth Hour.  Earth Hour creates awareness on the need to conserve energy and create a sustainable lifestyle.

In support of Earth Hour 2012, The Center on Central will host “Art In The Dark” on Saturday night, March 31.  We invite individuals and families to join us at The Center and together create a glow-in-the-dark masterpiece that will be auctioned off during our Gallery Show April 10th.

Festivities begin at 7:30 with food and fun.  Lights go out from 8:30 to 9:30 (please bring a flashlight for each person).  We will also be tracking progress around the world when locations such as the Eiffel Tower and Sydney Opera House go dark.

Please join us for this fun and worthwhile event!

Attendance is free of charge, though we suggest a donation to benefit World Wildlife Fund and Creative Arts for Everyone’s camp scholarship program.

Pre-registration is encouraged – please fill out the form at the bottom of this page:
